Zuppa Toscana

  • White base 3.5 l
  • Cantuccini q.s.
  • Vin santo q.s.

"Cantuccini" typical Tuscan almond biscuit made with eggs, flour, sugar and almonds. Coarsely crush the biscuits and add them to the base. When it has almost creamed slowly add the vinsanto to obtain a pleasant flavouring.

Saffron ice cream

  • White base 3.5 l
  • Pure San Gimignano saffron 3 sachets

Infuse the saffron for a few hours in 50g of very hot water. After correct infusion add to the white base and cream.
